- Now stuff the panner grated mixture in samosa cover.. and deep fry them in oil in medium flame
- Now for chutney in a mixture pot add - Mint leaves, - Coriander leaves, - Salt to taste, - jeera, - green chilli - & dates (kajoor) - Finally pour little water grind them well it should not be thick paste
- Now we will give tadka to chutney.. - Pour oil - Add mustard seeds - Let them crackle - Now pour the chutney in that give a boil for 1 min and gas off
