The ingredients needed to make Jini Dosa:

  2. Make ready 2 cups Rice

Steps to make Jini Dosa:
  1. Soak dal and rice separately overnight. Grind them with water into a smooth paste. Mix both of them together nicely. Add salt as required and keep the batter aside for sometime to ferment.
  2. Spread dosa batter on skillet, when cooked from one side.. Put chopped veggies on it in centre+ 1/2 tsp ketchup+ 1/2 tsp schezwan chutney + pinch of chat masala. Mix it with a spoon on dosa itself, spread evenly, cut and serve
