  3. Take curd and sugar in a bowl and beat together - Now add zest of the orange, orange juice and oil to it and mix well with the spatula.
  4. Add vanilla essence and food colour too if using.
  5. Now add dry ingredients in small batches in the wet ingredients and keep mixing till you get a ribbon consistency batter.
  6. Grease the tin and pour the batter - Place it in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Take the skewer test to check.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
