  1. Take 1 chicken
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup yogurt
  3. Take 3 tomatoes
  4. Take 3 big onions
  5. Get 3 cloves garlic

  7. Prepare 1/2 cup oil
  8. Take 1 1/2 tsp salt (or as per your taste)

Instructions to make Chicken Korma:
  1. Cut the onions into slices and in a wok add 4 tbsp oil and add the onions and shallow fry until light brown.
  2. Then blend together the onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and yogurt and make a fine paste. Add water if desired.
  3. Heat the wok again and add in another 4 tbsp oil and add the chicken and cook till chicken changes it's colour. Then add the onion paste.
  4. Then add the masalas and mix well. And add 1 glass water and let cook on low flame till chicken is tender.
  5. Tasty Korma is ready to be served with salad and roti. Do garnish with some lemon slices, coriander and garam masala.
