The ingredients needed to make Creamy Prawns pasta:
  1. Make ready 4-5 handful shell pasta
  2. Make ready 200 g Raw & Peeled King Prawns
  3. Prepare 150 g Extra thick double cream
  4. Make ready 3 tablespoons Grated Parmigiano Reggiano Italian cheese
  5. Get 3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
  6. Prepare Pinch salt
  7. Get Pinch Ground Black Pepper
Instructions to make Creamy Prawns pasta:
  1. In a pan put the pasta to cook for about 20 minutes at a medium temperature
  2. In a deep pan bring the 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and turn your oven at a medium heat and add the prawns until they turn pink and let it set aside
  3. Once pasta is fully cooked drain very well and set aside
  4. Turn your gas on under the cooked prawns and once heated add the 150g of extra thick double cream and stir gently and slowly adding in the Grated Parmigiano Reggiano Italian cheese and continue to stir until it has dissolved and becomes creamy cheese, add the salt and pepper
  5. Add the pasta on top of the creamy cheese prawns and stir very well, let it heat up and its ready to be served
