- Make ready 2 lbs Ole South Country Sausage (in a roll)
- Make ready 1 red bellpepper

- Take 2 (8 oz) cans of Hunt's spagetti sauce
- Make ready 1 (10 oz) can of diced tomatoes with green chilies

- Follow the instructions on the box as to how much water to add. I used a little over half a box of the noodles. Add noodles to boiling water.
- Chop all the veggies and place in the bottom of a skillet.
- Put the sausage on top of the veggies and turn the burner on medium/high heat.
- Season any way you like. I used Tony's, garlic salt, and pepper.
- When the meat/veggie mixture is done browning drain all the grease.
- Put back in the skillet and pour the spaghetti sauce on top. Add diced tomatoes and do not drain. Set burner to low/medium and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- After the noodles are done drain the noodles. Put back in the pot and pour the meat/sauce mixture on top of the noodles. Simmer for about 10 minutes and keep stirring.
