- In a fry pan, cook the ground sirloin with the worcestershire sauce until meat is no longer pink. Drain.
- Add the untidy "Jo" mix, following instructions on can to complete cooking of filler.
- Take each biscuit and flatten by hand or roller until approximately 4+ inches round. Using the bottom of a glass press the center of biscuit creating a well.
- Fill each biscuit with roughly 1 to 2 tbls of the untidy Jo mix.
- Once all biscuits are filled with untidy "Jo" mix, sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Add the amount of cheese based on how cheesy you like it.
- Normally oven is preheated to 350. But follow directions on the biscuit can. I allowed the biscuits to remain in the oven for the highest minutes suggested.
