- Make ready 5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Get 2 1/2 atta mark flour

- Cut the soft dough in small balls, roll them out, apply oil and roll them into a spiral and set on a tray. Rpt this til dough is done.
- Cover with a cling film and leave them for 10mins.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the balls and place on a heated pan one at a time and cook on both sides without oil on medium flame.
- After about 4 chapatis, spread oil on each (one at a time) and cook til both sides are done.
- Rpt step 8 and 9 til all chapatis are ready.
